The City of Carrizo Springs is required by federal and state law to inform our customers that we do not maintain the natural gas line between the gas meter and your house. it is your responsibility to periodically check this line for leakage and corrosion. We suggest that you contact a plumber or heating contractor to locate, inspect and repair your natural gas service line. If the appropriate maintenance is not performed, the buried gas line will be subject to corrosion and leakage. The City of Carrizo Springs reminds you that before starting any digging project you must first call the State's One Call Number listed above.
