City Inspector

The City Inspector/Code Enforcement Officer provides a variety of building inspections and related code enforcement services in the review, determination, implementation and enforcement of the city's litter, signage, building and related codes and ordinances. He also reviews construction blueprints, plans and drawings for commercial, public, private and residential construction, renovation and/or remodeling projects.

The Code Enforcement Officer also provides quality service to the citizens of the City of Carrizo Springs for the protection and promotion of health, safety, welfare, property value and the environment. Compliance is gained by focusing on public education on the City's codes and ordinances relevant to zoning inspections related to health, safety, fire hazards and public nuisances
