Public Notice

The City of Carrizo Springs will close Veterans Park for the Fourth of July weekend.  The park will be closed to the public effective Friday, July 3 until Tuesday, July 7.  However, the track will remain open for those who want to walk and/or jog.  

With the number of COVID-19 cases continuing to surge, we need the public’s support to help reduce the spread of the coronavirus.  Temporarily closing the park this weekend emphasizes the importance of staying home, wearing face coverings, practicing physical distancing, and avoiding gatherings with people outside your immediate household.

 
People are advised to stay home as much as possible to slow the spread of COVID-19.
