VETERANS PARK – Amphitheater & Gazebos

The City of Carrizo Springs will be receiving proposals for electrical services for the Veterans Park Amphitheater & Gazebos.  Informational materials containing a general description of the project site, scope, and instructions to proposers, selection criteria and other materials will be made available through Francisco Rosas, Park & Recreation Supervisor at 830.240.0635.

Proposals must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on September 13, 2024.  Proposals will be opened immediately following the specified deadline.  Any proposal received later than the specified time, whether delivered in person or mailed, will be disqualified.

Proposals must be mailed in or hand delivered and received before the deadline.  No faxed bids will be accepted.  The City of Carrizo Springs will not be responsible in the events the U.S. Postal Service, or any other carrier system fails to deliver the proposals to the City of Carrizo Springs, City Clerk’s Office by the given deadline above.
