Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. on November 8, 2024. Proposals will be opened immediately following the specified deadline. Anyproposal received later than the specified time, whether delivered in person or mailed, will be disqualified.

Proposals must be mailed in or hand delivered and received before the deadline. No faxed bids will be accepted. The City of Carrizo Springs will not be responsible in the events the U.S. Postal Service, or any other carrier system fails to deliver the proposals to the City of Carrizo Springs, City Clerk’s Office by the given deadline above.
